When I added to our back porch 2 years ago, I had an accessor out there in less than 2 weeks. Taxes went up 25% for a porch addition.
Still can't figure out how he came to pass so coincidentally because I didn't get permits and such ............

Yeah, I had the permit, plus my county is starting a program of doing in-person re-assessments of all properties, and I was one of the first in the program. I think they said the last time my property had an in-person assessment was in the early 80's. I told them the buildings are all more than 80 years old, and they haven't grown...it's pretty obvious that the only new structure is the arena.
