Mr. Congeniality
I know it's an oldie, and may even have been posted here multiple times before (time for a smart ass to show us link), but I still laugh every time I get it in an email. For some reason, I thought of Big Al this time when I read it.

[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]A man and his wife were awakened at 3:00 am by a loud pounding on the door. The man gets up and goes to the door where a drunken stranger, standing in the pouring rain, is asking for a push. "Not a chance," says the husband, "it is 3:00 in the morning!" He slams the door and returns to bed.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]"Who was that?" asked his wife.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]"Just some drunk guy asking for a push," he answers.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]"Did you help him?" she asks.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]"No, I did not. it is 3:00 in the morning and it is pouring rain out there!"[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]"Well, you have a short memory," says his wife. "Can't you re member[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]about three months ago when we broke down, and those two guys helped us?[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]I think you should help him, and you should be ashamed of yourself! God loves drunk people too.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]The man does as he is told, gets dressed, and goes out into the pounding rain.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]He calls out into the dark, "Hello, are you still there?"[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]"Yes," comes back the answer.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]"Do you still need a push?" calls out the husband.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]"Yes, please!"comes the reply from the dark.[/FONT]
