Friend Tried to kill her self.

Deadly Sushi

The One, The Only, Sushi
This is the last email I got from her:
I don't mind if I have to stay on it for the rest of my life as long as it's helping. Most of the time, my joints feel stiff & tight. I can't sit for long periods of time because my hips start to cramp up. It hurts to write or do just about anything where I have to use my fingers. It's kind of a cramping sensation. My mom has fibromyalga & osteoarthritis. I do OK as long as I stay busy & keep moving, but as soon as I sit down to relax, my whole body seems to tense up & I can't sit still. Oh, I almost forgot, the doc's office called me earlier & my blood test was normal, I don't have any markers for rhumatoid arthritis. I go back Jan 2 so he can find out how the Lexapro is working for me so I'll talk to him some more about the pain then.

Then I got this:
I'm matt Kristins husband...She tried to OD on some pills Friday night and i had to put her in a mental health facilty today..She asked that i let you and mark know so that is what I am doing..I will be checking her mail for her if you have any questions.

  I just dont have the means to travel to her. Im looking for any answers or ideas from you folks. She really a good person. The pain must be VERY bad. I really would like suggestions.

Jeez! Sushi, I dunno. Suicide hits close to home here, as my stepson killed himself in 1998 at the age of 19. It affects everybody in a way no other death can. I guess all I can suggest is phone calls and emails. Drop a snail mail now and then too. Her hubby needs all the support you can muster, just as much as she does. Just let those two know you're thinking about them, praying for them, and care about them.
Keep us posted.

Our posive thoughts and actions can definately help in any tragedy. I agree with Trakternut. Trakternut I am sorry to hear about your loss. Losses like yours last a lifetime. Jay

I'll tell you what Sushi, why don't you think some before you make public, this persons plight. If I were her, I'd have trouble knowing you had taken my issue to a bunch of strangers on the internet.

:respect:
