On one of the outside spigots on the house it takes water forever to come on. Whenever I turn the water on, it literally takes 30 seconds to a minute or longer before the water will come out of the spigot. I took it apart last week and didn't really see anything, but then I don't know what I was looking for either.
I'm guessing it is sticking or something. The knob isn't hard to turn, just don't get any water. Then finally it'll come out. When I took it apart, it looks to be one of the 12" ones. It came out fine and has a little flexible thing on the end of it - I'm assuming that is the actual valve. Is the little rubber o-ring sticking? Should I just lube it with Vaseline or something?
