Anyone ever tried any of the forclosure information sites for real estate? I'm interested in buying project homes for resale and or rent... Kind of a hobby for the time being, growing into a retirement account.. All opinions and ideas welcome, I'd appreciate it...
 
My wife used to be a private banker/commercial banker. She said you should contact your bank. They obviously know about impending forclosures and really don't like forclosing. They would much rather facilitate a sale of a property than go through a forclosure.

Seems worth a try.

Hmmm, never thought of that avenue... Kind of beats out the middle man too... I'll look into that as well, thanks Bob. and Mrs. Bob:tiphat:
