Anita, you silly girl, they don't want another brand, the reality is it is so rare that someone parts with a Snow Trac that they can't find one and have to settle for less :yum:
 
I hadn't thought of that Bob, you are right. Snowcat Ops, I am suprised at you, that is a real chauvanist remark and why shouldn't a man have a pretty machine, or even think they are pretty, it doesn't make him less than a man to admire beauty in any form. Some machines are pretty and some machines are very 'butch' or 'macho', we ladies, able to multi-task, can admire both. My Foden is very 'macho', I could never call him pretty, but I still love him as well as the snowtrac!
 
A Porche can be beautiful, a gun can be cool but no machine or tool can be "pretty"! Sorry just not in a mans vocabulary. BUT you can call it pretty all day long. Us men just chuckle inside when we here hear women discribe guns and cars that way.:rolleyes: We still love yah!:respect:
 
Uh, wait a second Snowops, you're the one who is always refering to his machine as a "she". And as a "she" it stands to reason that it is capable at times of at least some degree of being "pretty". No?
 
Look at my baby! Isn't she beautiful? Look at those sexy lines, her curvaceous front-end. But, you're correct. I would never say she's pretty.

Bob, if you squint your eyes just right, the front end sort of looks like a profile of Dolly Parton.

Men are definitely off a different planet - how on earth can you even imagine that a gun can be pretty? Guns are UGLY. Flowers, people, animals, views and some vehicles, etc., can be pretty, but definitely NOT guns.
 
The purpose of a gun is not pretty. But you can still appreciate the craftsmanship and aesthetics.
 
I suppose so, but I am a bit anti guns as they seem to cause a lot of trouble. I know it is not the guns but the people using them, but if they did not exist then it would be more difficult for some people to kill and maim.

Its not the gun. Its the 'cafeteria food' at the schools. Not only is it some sort or recycled cardboard and toxic waste, that stuff is terrible. It messes with your brain. I blame it for all violence in society. Lets face it the term "Food Fight" was popularized in the movie FAST TIMES AT RIDGEMONT HIGH and in no other nation of the world are "Food Fights" as common as they are here in the USofA.

Actually more people are killed with knives in America than with guns every year. BUT you dont hear the banning of knives. Hell you dont even hear about the knives vs guns specs! Guns save more lives than they take. Half as many citizens than police officers make twice as many arrests than the police do and shoot half of what police do in the process. Guns dont create crimes. But an armed citizen can stop a crime and save many lifes doing it. Yes guns can be deadly but so can any everyday item we use. The most deadly thing we operate are cars which kill and maim much more than all the guns combined do! BUT as a society we tend to demonize things that scare us. Guns scare alot of people yet these same people will get into an 6,000 pound car and go 100MPH and never even think what they are doing is even remotely dangerous. In fact that car has million upon millions of pounds of energy where a bullet only has hundreds! So which is deadlier? Cars kill thousands more every year than guns do. Yet we dont call for there banning. :17875:
 
As far as being a chauvanist that is up for debate. HHMMmm Some women can do everything a man can do. Some so called men can not do everything most women can do. So I guess that makes me a non-chavanist male. That being said women were put on this planet for man according to GOD. So whatever else is said about that take it up with God not me. :rolleyes:

P.S. Did I not invite you to drive, operate and generally have at it with one of my snowcats? :respect: That should also tell yah I am not a chavanist. That invitation only goes to a few people who I feel comfortable with. You happen to be one of two women in that catagory! :tiphat:

Let me know when your coming out to America. We will plan out a few days of Full Auto shooting along with miles upon miles of beautifully snow covered trails! You can even drive my Snow Master once she is completed in all her BEAUTIFUL glory! This one you will be able to spot in the snow! Also if you want I can give you hands on training with a AR-15 or M-16. I prefer The AR platform (semi) to full auto. If pistols or shotguns are your thing then we can do that too. Come on out to the land of the free!

I stand corrected that you are not a male chauvenist - I never thought you were, hence the comment that you sounded a bit chauvenist. I am also highly honoured that you are offering to teach me to shoot. I remember as a teenager, firing an air rifle, I seem to remember I wasn't bad at it either, but other than that, I have only fired my Colt replica, which fires noisy blanks, at Country and Western 'do's'. Perhaps one day I might be able to take you up on your kind offer, Timba is my problem for travelling abroad, she would not like to be left and would probably grieve. As she is such a loving dog and my only real company, I could not bear for her to be sad.

If you could bring Timba she would be happy here during your vist. Also we have the Ghost train. Some of my friends stage the robbery of it. They ride up on there horses and start shooting (blanks). Then they board her and rob the passengers. Its a hoot!
