Flexco bolt hinge source

Gavin, are you looking to join 2 pieces of belt tracking together? If so, contact any of the conveyor belt suppliers in your area. Try Grainger if they have a warehouse in your area. They may not have "Flexco" brand, but they probably carry the hinges. There are many brands out there to connect/splice belting. Make sure you get one that is stainless steel.

Some brands that I used in my warehouse were UVEX, BUSHMANN and XENOROL. All had a systems for splicing track belting.

Try here:

Or go right to Flexco:

On my Bombardier SV200 I just overlapped the ends. Is there a superior way (which might not aggravate my rotator cuff shoulders as much)? I got pretty tired of crawling underneath with my punches to line up the holes.
