Flash Player, UTube and new Mac

Recently got a new Mac 10.8. Many times I go to YouTube, it wants me to download Flash player. Well, I already did that and installed it. Some videos work fine; some not at all...

I can't find support from Adobe or Apple.

Anyone have a hint ?
