Fill-Rite FR1200c troubleshooting help

When I dispense fuel with the pump running the diesel automatic nozzle handle pops and won’t dispense. If you barely put pressure on the handle, diesel will slowly pump at 1/2 a gpm. Need help troubleshooting what needs repaired or replaced.
 
Welcome to the forum. I've heard that issue about just about every manufacturer, especially if you're pumping in cold conditions.
I've done business with Fill-Rite for years and found their customer service is really good so I'd go to their site and look at the FAQ or use their "contact us" option.
After hearing about just about all of them having issues, I stick with a manual nozzle. Yea, you have to watch to see when it's time to stop but they work in all conditions.
This is the one I've been using. They're about $30 and last for years.
