Father in hospital

My father went into the hospital Wdnesday and it seems he has developed a bacterial infection called sudomosis(sp/).
He has had congestive Heart and lung disease for about 15 years and also has the disease from asbestos. While his heart is strong he only has about 20% lung capacity. Please keep my father and my family in your thoughts.

I'm sorry to hear about your Father's health problems loboloco... my thoughts are with you and yours at this worrying time for you all. Best wishes... :flowers:
 
Update: My dad gave us a scare on the 25th of May and we wound up doing a gathering of the clan. He pulled through though and seems to have beat the infection.
The steroids they had him on destabilized his blood sugar though and now they are giving him insulin, and his feet are swelling. They did let him out of the hospital today and claim his sugar will settle out. On top of getting him home and settled, we noticed a little bit of water dripping from the freezer side of the combo. on investigating we found out that the compressor had quit, so we had to transfer everything from the inside frigidaire to the one outside and to the deep freeze. We got it done, but it wore everybody but the dog slap out.
