When I went to shut my laptop down I got a message about updates.
I chose "restart."
It took a long time.
When it finally restarted. It said something like:
When it finally updated it opened o a page that says:
And am going to check it out.
It starts in an Edge Outlook Page but BING seems overwhelmed when I enter :

It looks like it can be uninstalled withing 10 days of it's installation.
I will check it out.
It would have been nice if Windows would have given people notice about it and an option to not get it to begin with!
