Elderly Couple's home invaded in NO KNOCK search, then loses house!

In 99% of the cases I oppose NO KNOCK searches. Here is another example of total abuse.

A neighborhood snitch reported an "ailing dog on the sidewalk" in front of the Harris home in Chicago, Illinois. The couple, age 77 and 80, then had their home invaded by masked men. The raid came complete with 2 SWAT Teams, grenades through the windows, and a total of at least 40 officers. No evidence of any drugs or dogfighting crime was found in the wake of the raid.

As they picked up the pieces they were then approached by a building inspector, who then ordered them to vacate their home of 40 years. They had never received any violations or warnings before.

Now their lives are shattered and everyone is worse off. At least nobody was caught walking around their home holding a golf club.

You didn't think those loose gutters would go unnoticed, did ya punk?

Family shattered after raid, home loss
R.J. Harris, who is 77, was in bed when a noise jolted him awake.Bam. What was that?

Bam. It sounded like an explosion.

Bam. The front door swung open and officers in masks swarmed inside, pointing rifles.

Police! Hands up! Police!

A no-knock warrant for an ailing dog? Even dog fighting? WTF? These officials need to be held accountable - especially the Judge that signed the warrant.

How is this elderly couple going to get their house back?

They never so much as had a single notice about code violations and now they have an emergency eviction notice against them forcing the house to be vacated.

WFT!?! And all because of lies against them.

My youngest son (43 years old) had his home busted into while he was in bed asleep for at least 4 hours. The cops claimed he had just threatened to kill himself that was over heard by his ex girl friends mother due to a call they received from said girl friend's mother. He was hauled into a hospital that after speaking to him, doing a drug test released him. Now today he got a bill for $500 from the hospital the cops took him too and in Kentucky he can be forced to pay it via a lean, then garnish his salary or jail for contempt of court. And people seem to think we don't nor have lived in a police state for the last 50 years at least. Now I know my son and he very well could murder someone but that doesn't include suicide.

As for the elderly couple, I can understand their problem due to other cases I seen over the last few decades. They really have no where to turn unless neighbors or others get involved with funds to help them get their home repaired.

The moneyed crowd around them wants them gone, period. This is more outrageous than the eminent domain abuses that have gone on the past 20-30 years to get property for developers. When the revolution comes they still won't understand why folks rebelled!
