Pigtails and I took the LMC #1 out for a spin late Easter Sunday. We have had about 15 inches or more of new snow since Friday. We are getting our spring upslope snows that can drop several feet in a few hours. Here are some pics since I have not burden any of you with many snow cat pics so far this year. The 1200 was put to the test several times yesterday and always pulled through. Could of used a little more power but just used a lower gear when it started slowing and sinking down.
Our front yard.
Open meadow cruising.
SnoOps here is a real hill to challenge your Super Imp. Pics really do not do justice to the steepness, depth of snow and the climb up through the trees.
First time all year that I have had Pigtails hold my beer on the climb out of the bottom of this hole. She is the one that wanted to go down there and we did struggle a little getting back out as the trail is not very wide. We came out with all of the lights still attached and windows still in the cat. Success!!
Just mowing the snow. The radiator and front end was full of snow most the time yesterday as we were in over the tracks often.
Checking a neighbors cabin and getting a pic to send to them.
