What was this drag pulled behind?
The hitch looks incomplete, like there should be a tongue to hitch to the machine.
also, is there a place for a hydrolic cylinder to raise and lower the blade?

It was on a SV 200 operated via a winch and I do have the hitch. might have a hydrolic cylinder that would fit as well.
 
It looks like you can back up with the drag when behind a cat.( blade raised up) Am I correct about that?

Yes you can back up with it raised and it is 10 foot 6 inches wide at the widest point. Can't get a picture to upload to this site that shows it attached to the cat before we reomoved it but I can email if interested.
 
yes it is still for sale but soon headed for the recycler as i have no use for it or storage space.
