From all that has been reported in the media, along with his recorded comments, I am more inclined to believe that he is a nut case than I would be to believe that he is the actual killer. Much of what he has already commented has been dis-proven as fact. He claims that he drugged her, but the tox screen at autopsy showed no drugs. I think that he is so infatuated with the little girl, that his line between reality and desire has been blurred beyond the point of being fuzzy.

Good question. Well to begin with, I never thought -and still don't- that the parents were responsible, but have allowed a small "maybe".

When this guy showed up, of course I was all over it! I almost posted a "to all you nuts who condemned these poor people for 10 years" nasty-gram.

After seeing his live interview last night on TV, however, I'm back to "whodunnit"? The guy is a certifiable nut.....Hope, for everyone's sake, that he actually did do it, but seriously doubt it.
 
I wonder, too. The news hints of DNA evidence. If there is some, that could prove conclusive, one way or the other.

From a lil snippet i heard on the news a few nights back he was apparently hiding underneath her bed.. wtf!
 
Definately a nutball. I say that there is a 96% chance he had nothing to do with the murder, although I wouldn't doubt it if he has molested other young girls.

It going to come down to DNA evidence left behind at the scene - not the words and say so of a nut. His family already's shopping for the movie rights, so they believe him.
 
movie rights? bloody hell.. you would think they would crawl under a rock and try to stay out of the medias way ( i would! ) now they want to sell the story.. what a great day and age we live in when molesters get paid by movie studios for molesting kids... pfft!

Prosecutors drop case in JonBenet slaying

Prosecutors abruptly dropped their case Monday against John Mark Karr in the slaying of JonBenet Ramsey, saying DNA tests failed to put him at the crime scene despite his insistence he strangled the 6-year-old beauty queen.

Just a week and a half after Karr's arrest in Thailand was seen as a remarkable break in the sensational, decade-old case, prosecutors suggested in court papers that he was just a man with a twisted fascination with JonBenet who confessed to a crime he didn't commit.

"Because his DNA does not match that found in the victim's blood in her underwear, the people would not be able to establish that Mr. Karr committed this crime despite his repeated insistence that he did," District Attorney Mary Lacy said in court papers.

The 41-year-old schoolteacher will be kept in jail in Boulder until he can be sent to Sonoma County, Calif., to face child pornography charges dating to 2001, authorities said.​

Like I said...
He's nuts and wants attention....so, let's make sure "Bubba" and "Dutch" and all the miswired misfits give him plenty of attention in the pen.:confused2: :tiphat:
