Eagle Pass, Texas, Mayor Rolando Salinas, a Democrat, blamed President Joe Bidenfor the flood of illegal immigrants that have overrun his town and led to a surge in crime...​

“First of all, this is definitely a very serious situation for the city of Eagle Pass,” he said. “We’re a city of about 28,000 to 30,000 people. And the last couple of days, we’ve had an excess of 5,000 people crossed from Piedras Negras, Mexico, into Eagle Pass, Texas.”​

He said that tons of people were being let loose into the community and that not only has it increased safety concerns, but they’ve had to close their international bridge, which brings in millions of dollars every day.​

“Well, fortunately, we have the help of our state partners, DPS, the governor, our federal agencies, Border Patrol,” he said. “They are helping, and they are controlling the situation, as best as they can. But what’s disappointing is that you have all of these thousands of people just walking in, without any consequence whatsoever.”​

“So, the word is getting out. It’s kind of come one, come all type of approach. And you have all these people coming. There is no consequence...​

Burnett asked Salinas if Biden bears “some of the responsibility for the crisis” that is unfolding in Eagle Pass.​

Funny how they all want to virtue signal with there sanctuary bullshit, until they show up and they actually have to deal with it.

That is certainly true of the northern cities and states.

But I don't think the Dallas mayor was ever on board with that crap, which may be why he is, as of today, a Republican. Not sure of this Mayor in Eagle Pass, TX. But it took me about 10 minutes of google searching to find out that he is a Democrat. Funny how 95% of the stories that reported this failed to omit his party affiliation. Do you think that is intentional???

Its fun to watch Chicago/Chiraq up close and personal with the mayor apologizing to the criminals and catering to the illegals while the voting citizens are screaming at press conferences, yelling at the aldermen who support this crap at their 'town hall' type meetings and the media, towing the party line, largely ignores the protesting citizens and kowtowing mayor's idiotic words. Fortunately there are alternative news outlets and citizen reporters who are exposing the truth.

New York Mayor Eric Adams has finally said the quiet part out loud too. And many in upstate NY seem to be rejecting the illegals that the mayor has been trying to ship to other parts of the state.

Of course, the best of all of it was Gov DeSantis from Florida, when he previously shipped a planeload to Martha's Vineyard. The lovely hypocrites of the wealthy enclave welcomed the illegals with healthy food and baked dishes ... then deported them to lower income parts of the state.
