May not get the snotrac in snow this year, but I wanted to verify the variator's are working. Here is a video of some variator action. Rated $$$

Reason the snotrac is running fast is that I ran it out of gas last night. Put on a new fuel filter today and now it will not idle. I think the idle jet is blocked or float bowl is stuck. One more thing to add to the list to fix.

That Snow Master is going to make a mechanic out of you! In the end if you fallow through it will be SO WORTH IT!! When these machines get sorted out after 30 years of being worked on by who knows, (many who didn't know) they are dependable and a delight to drive. Where you live, a Snow Master has few equals.

I might suggest for next year, start out with a new variator belt. Made quite a difference in my ST, from older worn one. Maybe yours is newer...??
