Coyotes and Owls are having a party???

Not sure what the heck is going on outside, but there are at least 2 owls in the trees within 30 feet of the house and they are LOUD tonight. Add to their racket I can hear at least 3 different packs of coyotes, at various distances, all singing and earning their name of 'song dog.'

Not sure what is stirring all the animals up out there, but if you are afraid of the dark, and afraid of the woods, tonight is NOT the day you want to walk around out there.

I would have to guess that the coyotes have a kill,and are riping it to shreds. and the owls are taking care of the rodent population around your place. you have good neighbors,free pest controlunless your cat is missing

Jee Bob, I bet you have an AR "black rifle" for just this type of thing. You aren't afraid of the dark are you?

I actually sent out my wife's dog SNOWBALL, the attack Maltese, to see what was out there. Not sure what it was that was out there, but he chased it away.
