Since there is no snow at home and I want to cruise.I am thinking of going up to Cook City. I would like to ask the Forum for information about the area.
 
One of my favorite areas for backcountry snowmobiling, not sure about a snow cat tho.

Lots of info on the web as this is a popular destination for sledders
 
Web Info is best weighed with a grain of salt.Thanks for letting me know it is your favorite.
I don't like to go to crowded areas with all the rules and dos and don't and
crowds and cliques, but it might be nice to be near some support on my first outing.
I try to be self sufficient but I don't know what I don't know.
 
Have not been to Cooke City but friends who've been enjoyed it. Not too crowded and good snow with lots of access.
