What are the Dems up to? They must have something up their sleeve to pull a stunt like that. Or, are they that frustrated with Frist? Makes no sense to me at this point.
 
They are frustrated. Libby will walk. Bush nominated a constitutionalist to the Supreme Court right in the middle of all this. Yep, its frustration.
