China company caught stealing corn!

China is out to steal all they can from who ever they can it seems to me. Even in agriculture they are stealling patented genetics from our leading seed corn companies.

I think they are in a lot of hot water here... They got caught and how!

What might the punishment be for some thing like this?

China has never had any respect for patents. US patents or world patents.

It is almost impossible to sue a Chinese firm in the USA and absolutely impossible to do so in China. This will go nowhere in any court.

I remember having to carry high dollar liability insurance on products we wrapped for fortune 500 companies like General Mills and Ralston. Our Chinese competitors did not have to do it. It made it impossible for us to compete.
The reason companies did it,,,,because if your child died from something the Chinese did, the food processor was off the hook and no one could sue.

Same goes for patent violations. Clinton, Bush and Obama ,,,didn't matter. None of them could apply pressure and make this right. Anyone care to guess why?

They were also caught trying to steal genetically engineered rice! Was engineered for medical and scientific use. Gotta love em! Thief is a thief is a thief, whether individual or nation!
