Chicago bound

Why would you leave a perfectly good town to go to a city where the criminals are in control and you're not allowed to protect yourself?
 
Chicago is a great place to go to paint the town. :thumb: Lots of great bars and fantastic restaurants!!!!! You'll need that 45 day diet after 5 days of fun in Chicago.

If you want Italian - I can't recomend LaScarolla enough on Grand Ave and about 700 north. Everything home made there - nothing from a can or frozen. Start with the baked Calamari; nope, not fried, and not all gummy. And a glass of LaCrema Pinot Noir to go along with whatever italian dish you pick.

Look up "the Boss" bar. A drinkin bar downtown - great place if all you want to do is drink.
 
we usually hit chicago twice a year- st.pats weekend and the weekend before xmass. Somehow we're becoming memorable to a few of the places we go to...it seems our bartabs are unusually small:doh::yum:
