No, but it looks cool! I bet it is fairly new, the drive track is a current snowmachine slide system and the paddles are from the last few years models. The front skis wouldn't hold up much more than a packed trail, you won't break a trail with those very far, but the IFS is pretty new too, so I bet it has a pretty good ride.
The roof is neat, looks like a molded piece of Plexiglas. I guess the GPS antenna is so you can call and give proper directions for the rescue crew to come find you and help you get unstuck!
Bet it is a blast to play with though!

The car body looks like something I have seen before, but not with that roof, but it may be what you say!
It does have those body lines though!
