I've shot feral cats on occaison but this type of crime is usually a kid using a living creature for target practice. I hope anyone who could be this cruel is found and punished- cruelty should not be condoned in this. or any other, society.

Gone But Not Forgotten
You don't want to know what a bunch of young punks were doing to the 5 tiny(3 weeks old) kittens we are fostering for the local shelter right now. A local cop called the shelter we volunteer at and asked could we help. Punks with time on their hands and missing a parent who would teach them the hard way not to abuse helpless things.
