I'm getting ready to have some st-30 sprokets cast anybody out there wanting them done also i know the foundry doing this likes to be able to do as many as possible once he starts melting metal

when i checked the price a month ago they were running about $190.00 eachwich translates to $760 for a set of 4 he ships un drilled so you have to drill the mountng holes

Don,

How soon will you be ordering these? Tis the season to get things tuned up....

Regards, Kirk

the latest on this is this the foundry is closed till december they are on a vacation or something like that talked to them today price should still be 190 each so you all have till december to get your orders in until then i need to find 2 used st30 sprokets to get me by until december

Don, I'm too darn lazy (actually I'm sore since my arthritis is acting up) to walk out to the workshop and look at my manuals, but there were a couple different front sprockets for the ST 4 models, depending on the track design. Can you post a picture of the ST30 sprocket?

i have to go fetch my trailer this weekend if nobody beats me to the punch i will post a picture of just how far you can push them till they fall apart also the st-30 is what was used on the 2 band track.

I have a 'small wheel' st4-b snowmaster (no data plate or serial # on it) 4 band track. I would like to get all four sprockets also.

those don't have any of the ribs in them they look like they can be cut out of brass or brons plate the new sprokets i 'm getting are bronz so they should last longer i do like those and would love to have a set the way i drive mine

Yes they look to be all flat and no tabs on them like the stock set. maybe that is why they are thicker. I was told they last longer. it looks like the same material as stock.lyndon could tell you more about them. He is at work up your way right now and the place is having internet problems.

here's how far you can push the sprokets before the teeth start breaking off

looks like I'm good then. I have a set of used ones. The tracs you located have no useable sprockets?

the one at iron creek has new ones but i'm having trouble getting in touch with the owners until i can get legal rights to it i don't want to touch it

I found a painted over licence on mine and got the registered owners address from it.
