Hi

I was doing a search for a fun forum and this one came up top of the list. I like getting involved in active conversations, and from the looks of it, this forum seems to be really jumping.

I am a Canadian; I live in South Eastern Ontario although, I am originally from Montréal, QC. I have 3 kids who are all grown and gone, and I enjoy online socializing and hang out at Mylot quite a bit too.

I think I'm really going to enjoy this forum and I look forward to getting involved in some fun conversations.

Welcome bro'. As one foreigner to another, you'll have fun here. I could tell you the members to watch out for but you'll figure it out for yourself. It won't take long. It's the same bunch of troublemakers creating havoc all the time. :wink:

Stick around and join in. New blood is welcome. It gives us somebody else to pick on. :smile:

I guess I've already experienced being picked on. It seems I've rubbed someone the wrong way and gotten what they call negative rep points? I don't know what those are, but I wish she would have just come to me and told me what I did wrong. Oh well. I hope I can still enjoy the forum. I thought I had stumbled on a fun place that I could share with other people, but I don't know now.

Thanks for the welcome everyone and the red dot thing too Cowboy. So far it's been okay here. I've looked at some pretty funny videos. I think that might be my favourite forum so far.
 
You will find plenty to love about this place! it gets pretty interesting during the later hours, when all the loonies come about. but its all in good fun, and good humour!

Well, it's a little bit of a story actually. Cyneburgleah is old English for my name, Kimberley and Cyne of course is Kim. I use that form of my name because as a humanist I believe in all people working together to create synergy for one another to achieve a better quality of life. And so as a play on the two, I call myself the Cynergist or in some places Cynergy Diva. Kind of combining my beliefs with my original name. So, I just sign off as Cyne. Funny, I hate it when people call me Kim though.
