Seriously....my other house must be jinxed. I was owned for years by a nice couple. They were moving out of town and sold it to a high school buddy of mine. Within two years of him living in there with his wife, they separated. The house went to bankruptsy. Another friend of mine and her boyfriend bought it. They lived there 3 years. They separated. The house went again to bankruptsy. It sat empty for a year before we bought it. We lived there for 4 years. We separated. I moved back into my smaller 3 bedroom home across the back lane. We did a long term lease agreement with some friends of ours. They moved into it in June. They celebrated their 4th aniversary there. A month later, they separated.
What do you figure? Can a house be jinxed? That house is quickly getting a reputation for couples splitting up.
