Call Blocking Apps for iPhone

I have been getting marketing calls on my iPhone the past few weeks. I never had that problem until lately. The latest marketer uses a local phone number so I think this is a person I should know. I keep blocking the number on my phone but I would like to just see that they are a marketer and not answer, or just have an app that will block them before then get into my mind and interrupt what I am doing at the time to take the call.

What works for you?
 
I have a blocked calls setting under settings/phone/Blocked Calls. No special app needed.
I've used that and just looked was surprised at how many I have in there.
