C-fold towels

Well-known member
back in the everything-paper shortage we shifted from paper towels to c-fold towels.
worked / works great!
then on reorder . . . Georgia Pacific rebranded stuff into "Pacific Blue"
the towels are 2 ply - but seriously thinner and point blank just do not work 'like the old stuff'

anyone using a c-fold brand of the old school thickness / utility?

made me a top dispensing holder for the kitchen - c-fold run about $0.001 per 'towel' - a mega serious savings over 'rolls'

I didn't know what C-fold towels were. Of course I'd seen them before but never heard them called that.
I'm hooked on Bounty paper towels. Was able to get them through the shortages via amazon. Liked it enough that we get TP and Bounty via Amazon since both items take up so much space in a grocery cart, and they are easy to ship.
I really like the half towel option with Bounty. Seems like I save a few towels by using half when I can.

We used C-fold in ur dispensors at work.
I never considered using them at home
Business is closed
I have two large case of them in the supply closet.
Great idea chowderman.!!!(y)

I see them in some restrooms that still offer hand towels. You might have to look at commercial suppliers.

I have a couple of c fold wall mount stainless steel dispensers I recovered from a dumpster on a job site years ago. Gonna have to drill out the locks on them as I do not have the key. They were just ripped off the sheetrock wall toggle bolts and all. Never bothered to look for c-folds for them but always felt they would be nice in my workshop and garage. Thanx for the hot tip on Costco for them. Always figured I needed to go to some commercial supplier or whatever.
