Here are a few pictures of a ski outing from a customer of Mine near Bozeman at 11,000 feet they were skiing 3000 feet of drop in less than a half of mile

wow, I cant even imagine going to places like that with out a blade.... did you have any side hills to deal with? drifts?

I really can't answer that question, They just sent the photos, but I did talk to them previously and do know they skied down the backside of where they went up so suspect it was traversable. they did mention that the previous weekend in a couple of spots they broke trail with a mountain sled to pack it down. typically BV206 do not do well in powder snow.
