Brokeback Mountain actor dies!

I heard this on CNN the moment I walked in the door from work.
Without apology, I can state I don't know who the hell he is..
RIP, however...
 
Yeah I heard of his name but really didnt know who he was. Awfully sad though. I read he had a kid with some really hot chick. :(
 
I know him best from a movie that we have watched here many times. A KNIGHT'S TALE. Quite a good movie on several levels. He played the star character in the movie. The movie was exciting, cute, humor on several levels, with good dialog.
