A major earthquake just occurred in Mexico city and an estimated 2.2 million citizens were killed. An international effort is being raised to assist the Mexican government. Canada is sending 10,000 troops to aid in the search for survivors. The European community (minus France) is sending 100,000 tons of food. The US is sending 2.2 million Mexicans to replace those lost.
