That would please Desantis Supporters. However, I think Trump likely has his eye on Christie Noem of SD.
That said, VP's are often chosen because of the votes they would bring in. Desantis certainly has many Florida voters in tow. And nationwide conservatives.

I think most of Desantis' supporters will go to Trump. This pretty much seals it for Trump as the nominee, barring anything crazy happening. I believe Haley will hang on until she loses her home state of SC.
