There is nothing better for breakfast than a couple of good eggs cooked over easy, really over easy I say!! Man I just love dunking my toast in the yoke. Add a couple of pieces of deer sausage, MMMMMMMMmmmmmm. :a1:

Funny you should bring this up.
That's what I had for dinner last night (the family is still out of town).
I took out 2 venison tenderloins but they were still frozen by dinner time so I'll be having those today.
 
I prefer a Nutrigrain Breakfast Bar or Muffin and a pot of black coffee for my breakfast, eat it almost every day. If we go out to breakfast, it is very likely that I will still eat the Nutrigrain bar before I go out. I take them with me when I travel and keep them at home

Typically I'd order one of the following:
  • Biscuits & Gravy with a side of bacon crumbled into the B&G.
  • Steak & Eggs (medium rare & scrambled until they bounce)
  • Corned Beef Hash.

  • Always a side of Rye toast, butter & strawberry jelly
  • I never eat the hash browns, American Fries, etc that come with the breakfast.
But if I go somehwere that has good lox, I will order lox, bagle, cream cheese, onions, capers. The bagle should be toasted. I never eat all the cream cheese, I always eat all the onion. :eek:
 
great minds must be thinking alike, or in this case our stomachs!
just had eggs and toast for breakfrast and I am not normally an egg eater!

Apparently you didn't know that Bob has converted. They even circumcised him and threw away the best. Now his wife just looks and laughs. :D

I like coffee that I can eat too Bob - nice, strong, black, extra caffeinated, hot syrup.

There's nothing like that insulin rush that you get when you hork down about 6 balls of fried sugar and follow them with a caffeine chaser. I'll be asleep at my desk in under an hour.
 
I love Breakfast bars on the weekends, just can not get the wifey to get used to them. Dont get much time during the week, mostly Smart Start and toast. On the weekend it is all out.
 
I always manage to overeat breakfast because the little cafe less than 1/4th a mile from my house has a #2 special of 2 eggs,toast, your choice of meat (bacon, or sausage, or ham) a big bowl of biscuits and gravy, OR home fries, plus coffee for $2.99. It's not worth trying to fix breakfast myself for that price.

Well fellas.....except for the lox I'll eat anything that doesn't eat me first.

Breakfast buffets are a particular favorite as you can have a little of everything.

Weekends are different though.....I get this craving for dessert..:rolleyes:.. afterwards....problem is, sometimes, I'm the only one who wants some...:confused:

We just ordered 5000 pounds of extra caffeinated coffee from a roaster in Conn named Baronet Coffee. I know Bruce Goldsmith the owner very well and he has a new brew called BOOST that we are now going to be distributing in the greater Chicagoland area. I can't wait to get the samples in our lunchroom.
