Brakes not releasing!

Good evening members i have a 1982 bombi and the brakes will not release, would they be frozen? The machine is stored in a 20 foot sea can and it is not really that cold here in BC Canada, any help to get the brakes to relese would be great,I even tried to pull machine with truck but no luck. Thanks for any help, Regards, Curt.
 
I bet it's not the brakes, rather water in the differential that has frozen and locked up your ring gear with ice. try some heat than drain and refill the differential

Aim a salamander heater on the diff. and give it some time to thaw out. Plan on draining it twice to get it water free.
