I just finished my bombi restoration, new brake linings, recommended diff. oil . I have winter tracks on it and on hard pavement it is real hard to steer. Is this normal? do I need get it on snow?

with the winter tracks it will not steer well in sod, or blacktop very well but they turn much better in the white stuff.........
