Bombi BR 100 brakes

I've been asked to do a pre-purchase inspection on a BR100, the brakes have seen their lifetime , question here is what kind of repair will changing the brake bands entail, easy medium or difficult ?
Also what kind if any Jesus springs will I see with this brake job ?
 
If they're similar to the brakes on my SkiDozer, it's not too hard to change the brake bands (which I got from member Boggie.)
