Check THIS out.......
It only took two minutes to copy and alter my program to make these into single-row bearings. I still have to use the full-size blanks, just because I've already had them cut to length..... but it won't take long to make them a bit shorter in my mill.
You'll notice I haven't cut the outside diameter, yet..... I typically do one side to about three dozen parts, and then flip them and finish the outer diameter. It might be a while before I can get YOUR parts out to Heat-Treat, I'm still working on side one on THIS batch.....but I'm sure it will be worth the wait. (Not that you've actually ORDERED any..... but these new "Experimentals" are In-Process and will be made available in the not-so-distant future, if you need some new rollers.
I'm glad I had one of these single-row bearings sitting around, despite the fact that I don't use, or need, this type.
