Good Lord that's a lotta' beef. Can you imagine how big that first-cut porterhouse would be? You'd need a trash can lid for a plate.
 
I hope he like to stay in his pature. If not the fence would have to be a lot higher than normal, to keep him from stepping out!

A century ago a local farmer here had the two largest known steers. It was such a big deal they went on a European tour to show them off. Big beef musta been quite the deal back then. This beef looks to be nearly as big as those in the old pics...

Not sure how a 9 year old porterhouse would be. Tough?
