Best places to buy tires?

well I am working on looking for all new foam filled tires for one of our Search and rescue cats,
Thiokol Spryte 1200, the county would like me to get quotes for replacing all tires / rims and just have them shipped to us.

where does everyone recommend looking?

the placed I have work with in years past is snotrans ID. and Peterson in Ut.

the 1200 i photograghed a few weeks ago in my thread last trip of the season had a soft solid tire oin it looked kind oof cool the rest of the rig burned to the ground just a few good road wheeks and a drop box rearend
 
There is a place in Billings mt that fills them CHEEEEEEAAAAAPPPPPP I will dig and find there name. All tires on a br100+ something like 200$
