Battling that white global warming, climate change...hell whatever the crazies are calling it this week!

Hello all. Been quite awhile since I've visited these forums. Been very busy last few years!
Still battling the white powder! We get A LOT of snow and of course I'm still trying to find the easiest way through it.
Our shared private road is two miles back to our drive. We have that to plow! We've been stuck in this past week waiting for the snow to quit so we could plow out.
49 HP 4x4 tractor. Bucket, blade and v plow. 75 HP 4x4 ag telehandler with a 10'6" v plow attached.
Keep trying different things to make it as easy on us as possible to get in and out in the winter as we age.
At the moment I wouldn't call it easy at all. More of a battle!
Absolute best thing I've built yet is a heavy I beam drag with removable snow wings to shoot the snow out further. Which I need to add much longer wings as the snow berms are approaching 5' high with some of the snow falling back in.
The drag uses about a third of the hp to clear the snow. (Odd). Also considerably more pleasant job.
Trying to push the snow is a considerable task.

For me the Buhler Snow King snowblower on the 3pt hitch is the ticket to speedy snow removal. I have a smaller unit, 6'wide, but it will bust through drifts that are 5' tall. Their big units have 2 horizontal spinning augers, mine has one.

Not worth the effort if there is less than a 3 or 4 inch snowfall, but it's a lot faster than a pushing & removing snow with a bucket if the snow is 4" or more.

A blade with a hydryically adjustable angle would probably be great, but I don't have one of those.

Angle blade will actually kick the back end of machine sideways in deeper snow.
Over two miles of road using a snow blower would take a long time. Especially backwards!

I do about a quarter mile when we get heavy snow and it is surprisingly fast when compared to a plow, which requires several runs to get a clear path.
