Yeah, back to work tomorrow. I think I'm ready for it. It'll be hard to give up my nap every afternoon though :Sleep:

If I had a job in the field, he'd have made me take another 4 weeks, but since I sit on my ass all day.........
 
Know what ya mean about sitting. But as soon as I leave the office to burn one or walk around, that's when somebody gets po-ed that they don't know where I am.

Yep, Seat time has been restored, although the bouncing around on the tractor may be just a bit too much :eek:. Even the shoulder strap on the seatbelts makes me want to cut it off.

Thanks everyone for the good wishes. I did make it through a whole day. It was a rather quiet one thank gawd. The nice part was getting welcome back hugs from all the ladies.

But boy how things change when you're gone. Our Administrator got.....ummm "moved to a project she could really excell at". And My Chief Building Official announced his retirement effective at the end of the year. 1 problem employee has been downtown for 2 disciplinary hearings and they keep getting tossed out. I swore he'd be gone by the end of the year, but it doesn't seem like it'll happen now. 1 of my clerks I fought 2 years for is being laid off.
Jeez, I should have just tried to get out on om a disability retirement :moon:
