It's a Clive Cussler book I just finished reading. If you enjoy reading books filled with action and suspense that'll keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time, then pick this one up.
Any of Cussler's Dirk Pitt novels are a good read but I enjoyed this one probably the most. What does this have to do with snowcats? You might ask. Well, all I can say without spoiling it for you is that Dirk Pitt finds himself crossing the antarctic in a 1940 Overland train power unit to team up with an american special forces team going up against a security force which includes 3 armored snowcats in a battle to save the world from a devastating man made event. In the process, they discover the lost city of Atlantis.
It's a great book in which the overland train is instrumental in saving the world.
For those of you just joining us not familiar with the overland train, here's the thread.
