ASV Track truck?

buzz

New member
What is your opinion of the ASV track truck? I am looking for something to hunt out of when the snow gets to deep for my pickup. I use snowmobiles now but they are a pain in the butt half the time. any info on them will help such as fuel consumption, reliability, speed, space in cab, running gear, steering, any issues that are common.

we had a few when I worked for the city of anchorage for grooming ski trails they went back to alpines. there is one running around up here now I haven't herd much about it .my suggestion would be to look at a snow trac or bombie jimvt has a nice little br100 bombie, for a reasonable price. be advised when the asv track stretches beyond there adjustment limits there is no way to shorten it up

argo's have their weaknesses but for the guy who occasionally goes hunting it may just be the ticket. and equipped with a winch they work good as an extra hand when dressing big game .
