Army to reopen Pat Tillman case

Seems that the Army is going to reopen the Pat Tillman case pertaining to friendly fire. Now it's (Army) going to to look at the possibility of negligent homicide:confused:

I cannot figure out what the heck they (Army) is trying to do.
 
From what I read on FoxSports is the family was pushing for it also. I guess I would just want to let it rest. But it is not my child.
