That is a Lightfoot. Got a buddy in Alaska with one.
Small manufacturer of Cat's and usually used the Weasel rear. Made in California by a guy who built an unknown number of machines.

Thanks for the info! I was told it was a Thiokol spryte but couldn’t find anything that looked similar. I will be going through the machine over the next few days. We currently snowmobile to our cabin which is about 6 miles and a climb of 2,000 ft in elevation. Hoping this old girl can make it a bit easier to haul supplies and the family up.

mkntrakes is correct that they were built in Utah, and were known as Salt Cats.

However, the man's name was Bill Sharpe. A younger fellow (whose name escapes me) took over the operation and introduced the LiteFoot, a machine of his own design. He subsequently sold the design and rights to Pisten Bully, who renamed it the Scout. He continued to make grousers and track components, but then sold all his equipment to Dan Gates of Snowcat Service in SLC.

So it was Bill Salt that built the salt machines then sold to Kevin who built the lite foot ,Phil sharpe was another man that rebuilt snow cats
