I know nothing more than what I can see in the photo. I'd guess sometime in the 60's.

Given it has a rear fender, and a bolt on ski for the front, this clearly seems to be a winter conversion kit.

Anyone have any info on this, or similar older units like this?

Rear M3 Mattracks and a Snocobra front ski for this one planned for 2024-25. This was inspired by a conversion like you posted. I ran across one on a Honda CT90 at M/C swap meet 30 years ago!
