Another sad pet story.

First, let's back this up 2 years. My parents had 2 chihuahua's. One was sick right from day one with trachial tube problems. In a span of 12 hrs, she went from being healthy and running around to laying on the table as the vet performed CPR on her to keep her alive. Her breathing tube had completely collapsed. After she passed, my parents set out to get another dog. They drove all the way to Winnipeg to pick this one up. He was a friendly little guy but soon after they got him he started having hip problems. My parents took him to the vet and it was determined that he would need a hip surgery. They paid the $1500 to have him operated on. He spent a few months following limping around. He has almost made a full recovery. As I posted before, my parents take off for 6 months a year to their winter home in Mission Texas. Well, I got news that Dad was out walking his dog the other day when a vehicle came along and hit him(the dog) He let out a couple yelps and died right there in dads arms.

That is so sad. What is going on that we are losing our pets right and left. Did the person driving the vehicle even stop?

Sorry to hear that GG. Gesh, I missed things on the 26th. What was I doing? (I'll never tell)
