Went to Cabela's this afternoon, and picked up this truck box. Are you sitting down? 80% off the lowest sticker price, added up to a whooping $29!! This one had a little damage that I straightened up when I got home. Should work pretty good on my flatbed for chain, binders, and strap storage, among whatever else.

If any of you guys are close to Cabela's in Dundee Michigan, get your butts over to the tent sale. Other sales are going on inside too. I picked up a $30 pair of snowmobile mittens for $20, and a new pair of Browning boots for $129.:tiphat::beer::beer:

Oh Man !! You just scored !! Big Time . I wish they had Cabela's out here on the west coast . Rumor has it that one is coming to Reno soon . I visited the one in Sidney , Neb. and loved every minute of it . Wife finally found me and dragged me out about 3 days later , but I was kicking and screaming the whole way !!!

BigAl, yea, I think I did alright today myself. If I remember right, the Cabela's in Sydney was the start of the stores. The one in Dundee has an aquarium with all sorts of gamefish in it. They have a "babbling brook" there too. Jan and I watched a guy feed the trout in the brook. They were pretty good sized ones. There is a manmade mountain of sorts, with mounted animals, of all nationalities, including some Arctic wolves, coyotes, pronghorn, bighorn, elk, and ofcourse deer. When Jan's with me, it's usually, get in and out, she takes the huddled masses worse than me. Best time to go there is during the week, when everyone else is working. It's worth going just to look around.:tiphat::beer::beer:
