Adjust Bombardier Steering Brake Bands

My owner's manual for my SV200 Bombardier doesn't tell me how to adjust the brake bands on the differential for steering. I need to know how much to tighten the nuts on the adjusting bolt to make steering responsive, but not so tight as to drag. Could anyone help with this information?

For others with the same question, I got an solution from Boggie: Draw the adjustment down tight, then back off two turns. It might be also good to try on level ground to see if the machine coasts at least a little from third gear. If not, perhaps loosen adjustment a little more to prevent excess drag.
